trying to log in
I have been trying to log in but am told my email address is unknown.
I have in the past made a couple of donations.
Why am I unknown??

Hi. Thank you for your message.
My repeated attempts to use the recent update, every thing is OK until I point to the icon on the sidebar, that's as far as I get, nothing happens after that.
I do hope you can help me

We've released an update yesterday, number 4.2.1800.0 (upper right-hand corner of VDownloader's main window).
Can you please update when prompted to and let me know if the error persists?
