vdownloader internet connection could not be established! please check the proxy settings

vdownloader internet connection could not be established! please check the proxy settings when opening VDownloader  and will not download anything.  Do not have a Proxy setup on my Netgear R8000 router and not firewall setup on my Windows 10 system.  It just start displaying the above message out of the blue.

Issue resolved, uninstall Vdownloader and removed all entries in the registory on Windows 10,  Then reinstall the Beta 5.01 and now it is not prompting for proxy settings any more.
