Ok downloaded and installed ver 4.2.1970.0 (I had ver 4.2.2001.0) looks to me like I had a newer version unless you guys have your version numbers going backwards?

Anyway, re-integrated FB, same exact problem. No change. Shut down VD, restarted reintegrated, rebooted, logged in and out of FB, still same exact issue.

Hi Mr. Jeffries,

Thank you for the feedback. We will investigate the issue and I'll update you as soon as possible.

Ok, but when I check for updates it says I have the latest version.

I'm also quite sure I downloaded a new version when I installed it.

Yes it was 6/1/2016 when I downloaded the new version

BJ

Yes, many times and reboots, it just takes me to your Facebook page. If I look in Facebook's settings/apps/logged in with Facebook it shows Vdownloader there. If I disconnect Facebook in Vdownloader and then try to reconnect it takes me trough the Facebook login and that goes ok, but if i try to download I get that same error. YouTube integration works fine. I'm using Plus ver 4.2.2001.0 on a recent clean install of Win 10 Pro X64 so my installation is fairly recent. Not having any other problems.

Thanks in advance

BJ

Hi Mr, Jeffries,

The version that you are using is indeed outdated.

Would you please go to http://getvdownloader.com and download a new file from there?

After you update, please let me know if you are able to integrate successfully.

Best Regards,

Diogo Alves @ VDownloader

Dear Mr. Jeffries,

Have you tried to re-integrate with Facebook after that error message showed up?

Best Regards,

Diogo Alves @ VDownloader
