how can I download the subtitles within a YouTube video?

Hi Im trying to download some foreign videos with english subtitles, I have no problem in downloading the videos but cant see a way of setting it to include the subs.

We shall correct the behavior of VDownloader in this case. In the mean time, you can go to Options / Configuration / Subtitles section of VDownloader's Settings window and make sure, that you select "Preferred subtitle language" to English (instead of Automatic by default). After that try to download the video again and subtitles should appear in the same folder, where you video is saved.
