High CPU Usage

I have noticed high CPU usage (35%) when the program is supposed to be inactive in the system tray. What is the software doing in the background that it requires over a third of my processing power?

Dear user,

There is currently an issue with VDownloader which causes this to happen.

We have scheduled an update for Monday which will include a fix for this issue.
