just updated to new free version and am having problems downloading content. I always get the message to choose output format. i have to click ok 3 or 4 times before it goes away. the older version worked perfect! Anyway to get that back?

Can you send me a screenshot of that message, or explain to me exactly under what circumstances it happens?
It doesn´t work automatic download - !!! Immediately download video URL´s copied to the clipboard !!!
After You copy video URL´s it shows only error message "Specify output format".
Download works only if you manually push blue button "DOWNLOAD" in upper right corner.
Output format was specified before and is still 1080 P.
Michael, head on over to filehippo.com and download a version from there.
There is the current version, being 4.5.2562, and the next one 4.4.2350 both appear to be problematic.
I have therefore downloaded version 4.3.2229 and have not encountered any problems with that version.
It appears the new format, which is used in the latest two versions has some bugs.
I hope this fixes your problem.

Please do not suggest users to install an outdated version, as we do not recommend this ourselves. Outdated versions might solve that particular issue, but you might come across issues which were previously fixed.
It is highly recommended that users install the updates when they are released. In case you find a bug, please post it in an appropriate topic and a staff member will reply it as soon as possible.
