been using VDownloader for a long time but now out of know where says cant connect to the internet. everything else is connected to the internet but VDownloader. Reset the internet and still nothing please help.

The website shows a "BETA" version at the top of the page, I downloaded the BETA version and it works, although it is slower.  Takes a little getting used to.  DON'T delete the video out of the VDownloader window, you'll HAVE re-download if you do.  Where ever you have the downloaded video outputted to, make a separate folder in your OUTPUT folder and move your downloaded video to that folder, otherwise when you delete the video from the VDownloader window you will loose the video from your VDownloader OUTPUT folder.  This is what I have had to do.

I am having issues with VDownloader also.  Went to the BETA version they are advertising on the website, seems to be working but much slower.  I am thinking with the covid virus situation they have more or less shut down and are not addressing our or ANY issues...however I am not a patient person.  I have sent 2 tech support requests over the past three weeks and  haven't heard a anything.  Like you guys, I removed, reinstalled from CD and website, searched for an answer, rebooted, etc with no help.  I had even upgraded to the Plus version a couple years ago.  VDownloader has served me well in the past and am disappointed right now...maybe things will sort themselves out soon???

I rebooted the computer and it still doesn't work.  It worked about a week ago, suddenly stopped.  I sent an email, but haven't heard back yet.  Are any employees looking at this???

I am getting the same issue as well. I uninstalled & reinstalled but still getting the same issue. 

it was working fine for while but suddenly it has stopped.

I would appreciate if vDownloader Suppor can investigate this issue as I'm sure myself & Mike are not the only users having this issue.
