Status : Error

VDownloader stops in the middle of downloading youtube videos. Gives an ERROR status. The bottom window says :"unable to parse video info". I'm currently using ver 4.4.2350.0. I've been using VDownloader with great success in the past. Please help.

For us to understand the reason of this error that is very unusual, I would say, unique, we would need ask you to provide us, ideally, with the video screen cast of VDownloader working on your computer, i.e. from the moment when you add a download task until the moment an error appears. Also, please, provide us with the "log.txt" file of the application, which you can find in VDownloader's installation directory, usually: C:\Program Files\VDownloader.

I've tried downloading countless other videos almost all of which have ended in error.  Some instances the video would download for sometime and then stops.  I've also noticed that the download speeds for almost all the failed videos are extremely slow, down to 15kbps or lower. Also, the downloads no longer give an explanation to the error.  It just says Error.  I've since purchased the plus version hoping that the plus version would not result in error downloads.  But the same thing is still happening.
