You Tube Error - Your browser does not currently recognize any of the video formats available

I am trying to download a You Tube video of a Funeral Service - that was Live Streamed. 

The service is going to be posted on You Tube for 2 weeks. 

I have downloaded other videos - but this particular one returns an error message that the Browser does not currently recognize and video formats available. 

You can view the video on You Tube - but not in the VDownloader Window. 

What did download was 2 second video of screen capture of first frame. 

The video was also marked 'Kid Safe' - which I think people who upload videos do not understand what that actually means. 

Any way to grab this video? 

I have not found where else to get support than here...
