Yes, you can use VDownloader to download videos from Vimeo. Simply copy the video's link, paste it into VDownloader and click the "Download" button, and the video will be downloaded onto your machine right away!

Can you please take a look at the upper right-hand corner of VDownloader's main window and tell me which version you are running?

Hi,
That version is outdated, which might be the cause of these issues that you're experiencing.
Would you please reinstall VDownloader, by using the file available at http://getvdownloader.com/VDownloaderSetup.exe ? There is no need to uninstall the current version, just run the installer and we will overwrite the files.
After you reinstall, please try downloading from Vimeo again.
