program just stop working, program won't open. 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times with reboots in between but it doesn't start.

Using windows 10. It was working before I up dated VDownloader.

Good evening, The application stops when I copy a URL. This has been happening for the last 2 weeks. And the memory consumption increases significantly. When I close the application, the consumption returns to normal. I have formatted the PC and also tried it on two PCs that I have but the result is the same.

Please, I would appreciate your support in solving this problem.

After installing the app onto my microsoftv (win10) it won't open.

I click the shortcut on the desktop, it looks like its about to open but then stops completely and nothing happens.

I formatted my computer and doesn't work Help me Please. Thank you

I can not start the desktop app after updating to current version. If i double click on the icon, nothing happens on Windows 11.

I cant  open the app on windows 11 because even after updating to the latest version when prompted It keeps opening the previous version, which then forces me to update etc

I have microsoft net framework 4.8 installed .  When I click on the Vdownloader icon on my desktop a pop up says it's loading, but nothing happens after that.  Does Vdownloader support ever answer questions about problems?

Mensagem *Srs. bom dia! Meu nome é Rodolfo e estou tendo problemas. Voltei a usar o software de vcs, porém, ele vem apresentando problemas diretos de erro ao baixar vídeos do Youtube. Como trabalho com karaokê sou um KJ profissional, baixo vídeos sempre que possível atualizando assim minha karaoteca. Não sei o que pode estar errado, se é alguma configuração, se é a versão gratuita, enfim....gosto do programa. Se eu atualizar comprando a versão anual, isso vai parar??

I get this message: 

“VDownloaderMacSetup.pkg” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

I get the message "Unable to  obtain required initial information about this video" for every file. It doesn't matter if I copy the URL into the download tab of if I use the search tab to find it on youtube.  I am running VDownloader 5.0.4319.  This product used to work for me.

I have Vdownloader Plus and have downloaded the current version: 5.0.4319 but I keep getting popup messages saying that I am running version: 5.0.4277. How do I stop these messages?

I downloaded the latest version of vdownloader. When I try to download a simple youtube video (which I always can in the past), "video info is being fetched, Please wait, and it never resolves. I tried removing vdownloader and attempt to reinstall, but when It starts back up again, it wants to continue the download and the wait begins again (taking about 45% of memory, etc). Suggestions?
