I recently try to update my VDownloader. I'm still using Windows Vista. My version 4.0.928.0 was working perfectly. After the failed upgrade, it is no longer working? Can you help me troubleshoot?

When you say it is no longer working, what do you mean exactly? It does not open at all, or it does you let you download a specific video?

No second reply to my above query??
When I click on the programme icon, the blue VDownloader window appears as if it is starting to open... but it does not open. A small VDownloader icon then appears on my bottom toolbar... but as soon as I put my cursor over it, the icon disappears. The programme is simply not opening.
