Why can't I download audio from youtube and import it to places like iTunes or Audacity? I always get an error from iTunes saying the file could not be added/converted and the loading time extends indefinitely on Audacity. They run just fine on the windows media player.

I think VDownloader is very cool. But i've got a problem here. I would like to download a video from Youtube, but not the entire video, just de first half.

So i use the Cut setting : 0 -> Half

But if i use this option, the quality of the video is pretty bad. If i don't use the cut, it's perfect. I use the "Best quality" to download my file.

Please, can you tell me why the Cut setting low the quality of the final video ? Thanks.

Only when vDownloader is downloading videos; does not matter what site it's pulling from.

When vDownloader is actively downloading video and the monitor cuts off due to inactivity I find that the computer locks up.  I must physically power off and back on to regain video.  (The keyboard lights do not even turn as they normally would if the PC were working and the monitors off.)

I have Windows 10 v1709 vDownloader 4.5.2902.0 My output format is mp4 with video codec MPEG-4 and audio AAC at 44100

I just upgraded to VDownloader plus. I tried to download a YouTube video 31 minutes and keep getting message "can not access a closed file." What do I need to do to get this video to download?

Não estou conseguindo baixar playlist do Youtube, eu copio a URL da playlist e colo no buscador principal (aba baixar) e não baixa a playlist, mas baixa somente 1 vídeo. Preciso de orientações urgentes, pois adquiri a versão paga só por esta funcionalidade.

I have played the downloaded vloader video's a number of times no problem very happy now the sound suddenly stops not just on one video but nearly all of them Why?. 

I've been using this program for almost a year now. Never had any issues with it. Then out of the blue this week, I can no longer download from Dailymotion. It's still allowing downloads from YouTube & Vimeo, just not from Dailymotion.

Let me add that I'd already downloaded some of these videos previously but deleted them from my PC and now I'm trying to download again, so there can be no issue re video incompatibility

I'm trying to download a video that is pretty high quality but says that the max quality is 360p however the quality of the video on youtube is 1080p. why can't download any videos from Pornhub, especially with IDM?

Every YouTube Video URL I try to download comes back with "Video Unavailable" message. I even uninstalled the program and reinstalled the latest version...same thing. Help!

Downloading, or at least attempting to, from YouTube has been kind of iffy lately. I copy a YouTube URL, and I know when it works, because it will almost immediately stick the video name and length into the URL bar in VDownloader. These are the videos that I can download with no issues whatsoever.

But some videos aren't working at all. The real URL stays there, or, in rare cases, it does change, but it takes a while. Then, when I click to download, I either get "This video is unavailable" (which is peculiar because that's incorrect; I can access the

vdownloader internet connection could not be established! please check the proxy settings when opening VDownloader  and will not download anything.  Do not have a Proxy setup on my Netgear R8000 router and not firewall setup on my Windows 10 system.  It just start displaying the above message out of the blue.

I paid for a crippled program????? Now the BETA WILL NOT LOAD EITHER. 

Fix itt or refund my money. I am a long time Pro user and just renewed.
