the 'report a problem' from the software does not work. All It gives is an hourglass after pressing the submit button and nothing happens. The reason I originally tried to contact you is I tried to download this video and all it does is display a spinning wheel. It just sits there and spins.

The URL you mentioned is not supported in VDownloader, at least at the time being, VDownloader does not support downloading from today.com
As for "Report a problem" functionality, please, indicate us what exactly did you introduce in the input fields. We cann't currently reproduce any bug with this functionality. Ideally, we would appreciate a screenshot from you at the moment right before you click "Submit" button.
