Error 403 Forbidden, cannot download from YouTube

I'm using VDownloader Plus version 4.5.2973.0. Whenever I try to download a video from YouTube, either as an MP4 or MP3, I'm told "[Warning] The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."

I tried the Perform Test button in the Help tab and I was able to download from some other sites, but YouTube still remained unable to download. What is the solution, if any?

I can't download any videos from You Tube either.  Obviously that have put up more restrictions that Diago and his team are needing to work around.  I asked them about this a few days ago and have heard nothing.  I wish they'd get back to me as to how soon this is going to be fixed.

I used VDownloader for the first time in a couple weeks yesterday and got the same error from YouTube.
