VDownloader 5 licence not working and VDownloader 4 unable to connect.

So I tried downloading the beta for VDownloader 5 and tried to activate the Pro Licence I bought, but it replied with "invalid product key".

So I tried to reinstall VDownloader 4 from the official website to use it how I used to and I'm having connection errors. I already tried adding a firewall exception to the program to see if that helped, but it didn't do anything.

VDownloader Plus version 4.5.3407.0

Any help, please?

Have the exact same issue no reply from the so-

called “Support?” What exactly did you remove from registry, removed everything I could reference to vdownloader but still got the same No internet connection in blue, also informed by Google? When trying to connect to Youtube that theApp is not supported by Google , therefore no connections are available, does this explain the NoInternet issue?
