VDownloader stuck at "Preparing" text when downloading a Video

Hello, i just wanted to download some 7 minute videos but VDownloader is stuck at Preparing. Is it just my internet?

also restarting does not work, lowering the video resolution doesnt work also, what should i do then?

I no longer use this because there's no support.  Try YTDownloader +  it's free

hello. i fixed the problem by deleting the cache in the VDownloader settings

I have the 'preparing' issue when downloading.. Tried clearing the cache, deleted, rebooted and installed, same issue. I tried loading the old version and it immediately asks to be updated.

I have the same problem. Does anyone want us to buy the premium license? I think I've done everything, uninstalled, cleaned the registry in Windows, installed it again, tried on another computer and the problem persists. The only thing I didn't do was try to use another network to download the video. I've been having this problem for 2 months and from what I can see, I'm not the only one. I also think it could be a YouTube block. Lately they've been making downloads more difficult and it's becoming increasingly difficult to download. So I think: 1) It's time for Vdownloader support to speak out or release a new version that works.
