This is the third remark that I send to you.
the problem is that each copied video is never completely copied, each video has a different freeze point on the timeline. This has been since purchase.
Despite the "done" result appearing, reloading attempts always give the same result (incomplete)
I deleted and reinstalled this software several times in a row, the results are always identical (incomplete).
I therefore ask for the reimbursement of this software which does not work correctly.
