I purchased your VDownloader Plus Lifetime program on November 13, 2022 for €49.99 version 5.0.4191
Since then, I am unable to copy a complete video without errors or cuts that force me to start loading again several times in a row.
When I finally get a copy, it's not correct until the end.
In playback, the image remains frozen in different places on each copy, only the sound continues normally.
