Superhot option needed: [it badly needs a simple [video Cropping option in Freeform crop option], So app would be so more user friendly, & we can quickly select parts of video we only want, but also quickly Crop out, ugly, unwanted Top, bottom, or sides of Pre-downloaded online videos.

I've been trying to download some mp3 files for some video editing however VDownloader is just downloading first 3 seconds of the video.

the application no longer works on the laptop.

I updated to the latest version. the application opens with loading, then it closes and does not start at all.

I just updated windows and the lasts VDownloader. Now when I try to open it, I only get the loading screen. 

I ordered and paid for the annual subscription to VDownloader Plus. i received the online acknowledgement and invoice but have yet to receive the activation key and instructions. Please forward immediately to jlbickley@knology.net.

Good afternoon, I want to cancel the show. Because I´m not using it anymore. How do I cancel ?

I e-mail you guys and you never respond.  I left a message on your Facebook page 5 weeks ago and you never responded (just left another one).  How is anyone supposed to reach you when there are issues with your software?  It's annoying!

Anyway, software won't open on my computer (I have Windows 10).  It worked fine for a long time but now nothing.  I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it STILL won't open.

Downloaded 5 and the day I installed it it worked great however, I've tried it on my laptop and desktop and I am getting errors to every download I attempt

I have been happily using the free version of VDownloader with Windows Vista Ultimate for several years. Recently however, i began having internet connection issues..... with a constantly recurring error "Internet connection not available" followed closely by "Internet connection available" etc.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled numerous times, including clearing out the registry, with no luck.

Is there a free version of VDownloader that still operates with Windows Vista.

So I tried downloading the beta for VDownloader 5 and tried to activate the Pro Licence I bought, but it replied with "invalid product key".

So I tried to reinstall VDownloader 4 from the official website to use it how I used to and I'm having connection errors. I already tried adding a firewall exception to the program to see if that helped, but it didn't do anything.

VDownloader Plus version 4.5.3407.0

Any help, please? 

I just purchase vdownloaded upgrade and when starts in pops the message "No internet connection check proxi settings" which I don't have. It doesn't download anything. I have tried on 2 PCs both with Windows 10.

For better than two weeks NOW, my problem has been I get the message, "This video is unavailable".  What I have done, 1. Emailed VDownloader support about two weeks ago...NO RESPONSE.  2. Googled my problem,  NO HELP.  3. Removed the program though my control panel and reinstalled from my VDownloader + CD, I could not load my Key to upgrade to the + version, this was still NO HELP.  4. Removed program AGAIN through my control pane and reinstalled from YOUR website...STILL not working and STILL get the same message, "This video is unavailable".
