I am not able to play any video in the browser it either states "no valid sources available for this video" or it opens the player in a separate window but still doesn't play. I have never managed to get Vdownloader to work I have asked here before but no one responded.

After downloading videos, on playback using the downloaded mp4 file it will freeze during the course of playing, sound will continue to play and video may continue to play later. Every video has a different freezing point on the time line. This started 3 Weeks ago. I just upgraded to VDownloader Plus Lifetime. To see if the problem would be resolved, unfortunately it still exist. I also sent and email to assist@help.vdownloader.com and it came back with a Failure Notice.

Já utilizava uma versão antiga. Ai aparece mensagem falando para atualizar a versão 5.0.4191 Depois de dado OK o programa não carrega mais. Abre a página inicial, mas não carrega para a próxima página para se fazer as seleções e dar prosseguimento.

Voltei com a versão antiga e o mesmo acontece.

O que está acontecendo?

I do not wan VDownloader

I paid for a lifetime ownership of Pro YouTube Downloader. This is the program I prefer. When i open it a upgrade pops up which is for VDownloader. I do not want this program!!!

I have purchased VDownloader Plus lifetime version, have installed the product through the link in the install instructions, I got 5.0.4191 version, it does not have Top Menu to access and insert serial number Vitzo sent to me.

On 15-10-2022 I sent a message to support in spanish explainig the problem, answer was that it was sent to spanish support, since this day I have not had any answer.

Its not the first time I have problems with VD version  see my record I hope this time I will have some help.

Hola hace meses uso el programa pero desde ayer dejo de funcionar me salia en mensaje que estoy con la version antigua desinstale y volvi a instalar ahora tengo la version 5.0.41.91 pero le doy abrir y nada ? tengo windows 10

Malwarebytes security software is reporting that Vdownloader  "contains a trojan". The issue stops access to the internet from within the Vdownloader.exe because of this issue.

This is my second ticket, please respond.  I have a paid life time subscription, VDownloader won't load after recent update of the software.  I'm running Win7, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still will not load.

updated to 5.0.4191 version and now will not even open. How do i go back to old version!!!!!

Malware Bytes is repeatedly indicating that there are trojans and other malware being downloaded through the Vdownloader Windows app.  I am also getting a lot more spam than I ever - which may also be related.

I like the software but the security risk is a big concern.   I uninstalled and have not seen any more issues after that, but it appears my information was transmitted.  Not happy about this at all!

VDownloader starts when I turn on the laptop please help
