Freezing

After downloading videos, on playback using the downloaded mp4 file it will freeze during the course of playing, sound will continue to play and video may continue to play later.
Every video has a different freezing point on the time line.
This started 3 Weeks ago.
I just upgraded to VDownloader Plus Lifetime.
To see if the problem would be resolved, unfortunately it still exist.
I also sent and email to assist@help.vdownloader.com and it came back with a Failure Notice.
