VDownloader has stopped working

I'm having the same problem as the one shown on this post: https://vdownloader.helprace.com/i93-vdownloader-has-stopped-working

It shows Solved but it doesn't have a solution since the guy had to submit a private ticket.

I'm using VDownloader free version, Win 10 and already reinstalled VDownloader numerous times.

OBS: If it comes to the point, how do I send a private ticket?

Hi Matheus,

I'm sorry that you're experiencing this issue.

Just to make sure you're trying to run the latest version, can you please download the installer available at https://get.vdownloader.com/VDownloaderSetup.exe , install it and then try to run VDownloader again?

Hi,

Can you please make sure that .NET Framework 4.5.2 (a Windows component, necessary to run VDownloader) is installed?

Also, if this doesn't work, can you please take a screenshot of the 'VDownloader has stopped working' window, including the 'more details' ?

It said that I already have the 4.5.2 or a posterior version installed.

The window "VDownloader has stopped working" don't have a "more details" tab, just this: https://imgur.com/a/7sZD7  (I'm brazilian, so my operating system is all in Portuguese)
