Not able to install it
Internal error: .NET Framework version 4.0 not found. What to do? Please help me out.

I have the same problem, but insted, I cant instal net framework from your link. It tells me that I have to wait till the "other instalation" finishes, I have nothing instaling.

Would you please download the file, reboot your computer, and run the .NET Framework installer right away? Sometimes your computer might be running some installs in the background (such as Windows Updates), and for that reason it might be triggering that message.
What Windows version are you running?
