March 2019, I purchased the Plus version of VDownloader. Recently, I updated to version 5.0.4113 When I clicked on the 'Version' tab on the left side it tells me I am using the 'FREE version of VDownloader' and I must upgrade (buy) the Plus version. When I enter the original License Key I paid for to verify that VDownloader is actually the Plus version, it tells me the License Key is invalid. I am confused. Do I actually have the Plus version of VDownloader I paid for?

I could really use some help with this issue.

while trying to use the program, right after buying it, the program went dark. It would not close and I had to go through task manager to finally shut it down.

VDownloader is not working.  It comes up but won't download anything.  I have version 5.0.4129 which update says is the latest. System is Windows 10

v 4191 has a bug. Whilst it allows downloading and conversion, one cannot play videos found upon a search.

VDownloader starts when I turn on the laptop please help

Malware Bytes is repeatedly indicating that there are trojans and other malware being downloaded through the Vdownloader Windows app.  I am also getting a lot more spam than I ever - which may also be related.

I like the software but the security risk is a big concern.   I uninstalled and have not seen any more issues after that, but it appears my information was transmitted.  Not happy about this at all!

updated to 5.0.4191 version and now will not even open. How do i go back to old version!!!!!

This is my second ticket, please respond.  I have a paid life time subscription, VDownloader won't load after recent update of the software.  I'm running Win7, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still will not load.

Malwarebytes security software is reporting that Vdownloader  "contains a trojan". The issue stops access to the internet from within the Vdownloader.exe because of this issue.

I have purchased VDownloader Plus lifetime version, have installed the product through the link in the install instructions, I got 5.0.4191 version, it does not have Top Menu to access and insert serial number Vitzo sent to me.

On 15-10-2022 I sent a message to support in spanish explainig the problem, answer was that it was sent to spanish support, since this day I have not had any answer.

Its not the first time I have problems with VD version  see my record I hope this time I will have some help.
