I have a problem where my downloads are sometimes assigned a random name like "tmpEc98" or something like that, rather than the actual file name from the website. This happens with the batch download feature. 

A workaround I've found is to restart the application and try again, most of the time it works, but sometimes the problem is very persistent. 

Unfortunately it seems like this is an issue that is very rare since I couldn't find any relevant information regarding this problem anywhere.

It shows Solved but it doesn't have a solution since the guy had to submit a private ticket.

I'm using VDownloader free version, Win 10 and already reinstalled VDownloader numerous times.

OBS: If it comes to the point, how do I send a private ticket?

VDownloader plus was downloaded and installed but it does not run. I am using Windows 10.

The free version has always worked on this computer.

I love to use vdownloader, but it bugs me how once in a while (and for long periods of time) vdownloader doesn't work too well.

when i use the no convert option on some videos, vdownloader first chose 360p instead of the correct 480p quality, and now vdownloader wants me to download as .webm instead of .mp4.

I like to pick no convert because I expect it to be the best quality without me changing anything. and if i try to go to advanced > mp4 > 480p, the bitrate is pretty bad, so that's a no.

when i go to search it just runs out of time and that's that.

Program dose not find anything as it runs out of time searching.

When I enter my login details (Connect Youtube/Facebook option under Configuration) so that I can download age-restricted videos, it keeps telling me that my security credentials have failed, but I'm positive I'm using the correct username & password.

This is my second demand for a refund. Notify AvanGate and me when you proceed.

To reiterate, I was happy with VD Free and decided to reward you by paying for VD Plus.

VD Pro demanded an immediate upgrade.  After the upgrade, I had only Free.  Then my computer went away.

I am having numerious problem with my version of V Downloader4, the shortcut on decktop will not work nor am I unable to find the program in my programs. I have tried to download the program again but the link does not work. I bought the plus version but have only been able to use this once then it stopped worlking, I haved created exceptions in the Avira Anti-virus Pro, How do I remove the program. where is the official removal tool??

I try to download some videos and it says that it started transfering but it isn't. But some videos it will transfer normally.

the 'report a problem' from the software does not work. All It gives is an hourglass after pressing the submit button and nothing happens.  The reason I originally tried to contact you is I tried to download this video and all it does is display a spinning wheel. It just sits there and spins.
