Hello, I am using v5.0.1. I tried to activate the trial period and the program crashed. Ever since, and even after trying to uninstall and reinstall, the program does not start any more. The startup screen appears for a few seconds and then disappears.

Can you please help ?

Comprei a licença de instalação do VDownloader, mas este, simplesmente, não funciona mais em meu computador.

Já o desinstalei, reinstalei-o, porém nada resolve o problema.

E agora? Perdi o dinheiro empregado na compra. Isto está certo?

Seems myself and others are having issues with trying to download videos from You Tube here in the last week or so.  How soon will this issue be fixed?  I've messaged you all twice now within the last few days but still have not heard back.  I also sent a message on your Facebook page but seeing as you haven't posted anything within a year, I doubt the page is active and messages will be seen.

I'm using VDownloader Plus version 4.5.2973.0. Whenever I try to download a video from YouTube, either as an MP4 or MP3, I'm told "[Warning] The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."

I tried the Perform Test button in the Help tab and I was able to download from some other sites, but YouTube still remained unable to download. What is the solution, if any?

Eu acabei de instalar este programa em outro computador e deu o mesmo erro,  e já que vocês não fazem nada para corrigir este erro, vou já desinstalar o programa de todos os os meus computadores.

I haven't been able to download anything from Youtube.  It just says 'Error'.  I've never had a problem before and I've tried on different occasions and with different videos.

When I try to download something from youtube an error shows up.

It's error 403. I can't download any music from youtube.

I purchased plus today.  I finally got it activated.  Have several differnet errors after trying to delete and reinstall.

1.  I go to You tube and copy the link.

2.  I open downloader

3.  Paste the URL in box at the top

4.  Get a message "video is being fetched.  Please wait ."

5.  Next message says, "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

I purchased this product a few years ago and loved it.  However, now I am thinking about getting my money back with Plus.  

I looked at another report on this problem. I followed the instructions to download it again but there are many errors. 

VDownloader is great most of the time, but once in a while it saves in the wrong quality. A video that would usually be saved in 480p and with an H264 - MPEG-4 AVC codec has just saved in 360p with a Google/On2's VP8 Video (VP80) codec. I don't know much about codecs and things, I just want VDownloader to save videos in their original quality again. Thanks.

I cannot login to either my FB account, or my You Tube acct.

I am asked to choose a login acct, then "ALLOW", then after a moment, I am back at the login screen.

When on a mobile network, the browser says “Cannot open page. Internet appears to be offline". When on wifi there's no problem. There's no problem with the mobile network as it works on Safari browser. I'm using iphone x.  Please advise.
