Olá, comprei o Vdownloader vitalicio para poder baixar os videos de karaoke sem dor de cabeça! Mas se a playlist ou mesmo o canal todo tem mais de 100 videos, o programa fica parada sem fazer nada (4 horas parado "preparando" para um canal de apenas 200 videos). Estou com a ultima versão, já que o comprei ontem! Obrigado

I e-mail you guys and you never respond.  I left a message on your Facebook page 5 weeks ago and you never responded (just left another one).  How is anyone supposed to reach you when there are issues with your software?  It's annoying!

Anyway, software won't open on my computer (I have Windows 10).  It worked fine for a long time but now nothing.  I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it STILL won't open.

I have installed the new version of vdownloader and is always giving me the same message "This specific executable is not a valid application for this SO platform"

Hello. I've just updated to newest version V 5.0.4016 for Windows 10 64 

It loads but won't open. 

Downloaded 5 and the day I installed it it worked great however, I've tried it on my laptop and desktop and I am getting errors to every download I attempt

I have been happily using the free version of VDownloader with Windows Vista Ultimate for several years. Recently however, i began having internet connection issues..... with a constantly recurring error "Internet connection not available" followed closely by "Internet connection available" etc.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled numerous times, including clearing out the registry, with no luck.

Is there a free version of VDownloader that still operates with Windows Vista.

After installing the app onto my microsoft it won't open. 

I click the shortcut on the desktop, it looks like its about to open but then stops completely and nothing happens. I have already checked and seen I have .Net Framework running already if that helps.

I have not used VDownloader for about 2 months but, I assume this is a recent issue. When trying to download a YouTube video as mp3, I get the simple message "Error!" under the preview. The log does not contain any related information. I assume YouTube has once again made changes to block the software. TIA

VDownloader Plus version 4.5.3407.0 on Windows 10 Pro, keeps switching form Internet connection not available to Internet connection available.  I have disabled Windows Firewall and all antivirus software, and the above still happens every one sec the switches.   I just pay for it and if this cannot be resolved, would like a refund.   I cannot be a Computer, Cable Modem or router issue, as I do not have this issue with Outlook, Steam, Blizzard or Bethesda Games.  The only application having issue with the Internet is VDownloader, YouTube videos always changes it from available to not available.

Em 30/abril/ 2020, recebi e-mail da 2Checkout / Vitzo com o link para download e a chave do VDownloader

Providenciei a instalação conforme instruções, mas o programa não está funcionando. Ao abrir o programa na parte superior fica oscilando com uma mensagem que não há conexão com a internet, solicita configuração de Proxy (vide destaque - imagem 2).

Enfim o programa não funciona, colo o link do vídeo que pretendo baixar, mas o programa não responde, não acontece nada.

I have been getting the message, "This Video Is Unavailable" whenever I try to convert a youtube video to mp3.  I've had the same problem on multiple computers.  Help!!!  I can't download anything!

So I tried downloading the beta for VDownloader 5 and tried to activate the Pro Licence I bought, but it replied with "invalid product key".

So I tried to reinstall VDownloader 4 from the official website to use it how I used to and I'm having connection errors. I already tried adding a firewall exception to the program to see if that helped, but it didn't do anything.

I have the versión 4.5 2880 0 I pay for the plus versión,and the program cant acces to the internet, it put me a message internet connection is available, and 2 seconds after put me internet connection its no available and its the same thing every minute. in options / connection its a place to put a proxy but i didnt use proxy, i turned off the firewall but its the same thing. please help 

I just purchase vdownloaded upgrade and when starts in pops the message "No internet connection check proxi settings" which I don't have. It doesn't download anything. I have tried on 2 PCs both with Windows 10.

For better than two weeks NOW, my problem has been I get the message, "This video is unavailable".  What I have done, 1. Emailed VDownloader support about two weeks ago...NO RESPONSE.  2. Googled my problem,  NO HELP.  3. Removed the program though my control panel and reinstalled from my VDownloader + CD, I could not load my Key to upgrade to the + version, this was still NO HELP.  4. Removed program AGAIN through my control pane and reinstalled from YOUR website...STILL not working and STILL get the same message, "This video is unavailable".

I used before VDownloader version 4.5.3407.0 was ok and upgraded recently to version 5 Beta was also ok! till..

in 24-25 march 2020 I downloaded few little youtube and vimeo videos, after 3-4 videos with my version 5 - all youtube videos - ERROR!

I installed back version 4.5.3407 - the same problem ERROR on youtube, and Can't acces video on Vimeo.

Now, always I open VDownloader is down the message Internet connection not available! and UP - on the blue band - Internet connection could not be established! Please check the proxy

Please let me know what to type to the Proxy and Port labels.

The internet is not available and vDownload asked me to enter the Proxy and the Port.

I know that the Proxy is my external IP right?.

But I don't know the Port.

I am using Wifi from my Laptop.

vdownloader dont work I have downloaded a lot of vidoes and gives me the following message. "Unable to obtain required intial about this video" I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it but still not working.
