Have contacted Paddle several times, no response. Purchased VDownloader Plus on 4/18. Only received receipt. No download license or link.

I just updated windows and the lasts VDownloader. Now when I try to open it, I only get the loading screen. 

the application no longer works on the laptop.

I updated to the latest version. the application opens with loading, then it closes and does not start at all.

I've been trying to download some mp3 files for some video editing however VDownloader is just downloading first 3 seconds of the video.

I've reported this over & over again, so I give up.  All I would get is Reports stating they are working on it and going to have an Update, but that's been weeks passing now of 3 or more weeks.

Como trabalho com karaokê sou um KJ profissional, baixo vídeos sempre que possível atualizando assim minha karaoteca. Não sei o que pode estar errado, se é alguma configuração, se é a versão gratuita, enfim....gosto do programa. Se eu atualizar comprando a versão anual, isso vai parar??

I cant  open the app on windows 11 because even after updating to the latest version when prompted It keeps opening the previous version, which then forces me to update etc

I would appreciate your help in an issue I have just encountered.

Today I tried to update my vDownloader Plus s/w. When I tried to install it, the following error appeared

Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My pc is Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit.

I have continuously upgraded my s/w as and when updates become available. For some reason it's not allowing me to do that.

The version I currently have is v4.1.1388.0

Bug report never completes the send. Plus vdownloader says that my email address is invalid, when it's not. I had to use an alternate one to get it to accept it. Now I'm sorry that I let it update to the most current version earlier today.

After making the recomeneded update (thorugh vdownloader) it appears a message that Vdownloader won't work because it was created with a trial software (Eaz"something".NET). I unistalled Vdownloader and am trying to instal a previoues version. I hope update versions are tested before sugestion!

Desde que fiz a atualização da versão do Windows para 8.1 o VDownloader não funciona mais! Ele inicia, mas quando vou clicar na barra de notificações para usar, ele some!

Esse software não é compatível com Windows 8.1?

I currently have VDownloader Plus v 4.2.1800.0 and it won't work at all.  I can't even click in the blank box to put a URL (YouTube).  When I try to update, I get an error message telling me to come to the website.  So here I am.  Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
