I attempted to Upgrade to Plus, but the "Upgrade to VDownloader Plus" is greyed out.  I can't enter my Subscription Key.  Can you help?

in previous versions of vdownloader when i copy a url of a video from youtube . for example, I then launch vdownloader and find that url is copied into your app, but newest version does not copy what i have copied before launching the app. I should recopy the url while your app is pre-lanched

i hope to resolve that clipboard problem

VDownloader stops in the middle of downloading youtube videos. Gives an ERROR status. The bottom window says :"unable to parse video info". I'm currently using ver 4.4.2350.0. I've been using VDownloader with great success in the past. Please help.

i dont know why it doesnt download certain vids. theyre all coming from youtube. and the icon on the comp isnt the logo thing anymore its just a blank paper thingy, whats up with that? any ideas why it wont download some vids or what i can do to make it work? plus its laggy.

It seems that VDownloader is unable to fetch age through my YouTube account. Referring me to use either facebook or twitter wont solve the issue, because I don't have accounts at either sites and no interest in signing up there.

Perhaps it's time to update how VDownloader fetches age information through Google accounts.

i'm very disappointed. i'm just download new version and after launch, I copy and paste url address from youtube but it give me a message "value cannot be null, parameter:input".. Please help

(1) I updated VDownloader recently and now only find a fraction (say around 10%) of my previously downloaded videos in VDownloader.

(2) Newly downloaded videos don't show either. However, they are present in the download folder and can be opened with conventional video players.

Would appreciate your assistance. - is there any file index that need to be updated or any option to scan the download folder?

Previous versions of VDownloader did not show this problem and displayed all my downloaded new and old videos.

I have reported this previously, but maybe I wasn't clear enough or didn't give you enough options.  In the configuration section that relates to the formatting of filenames for downloaded files (i.e. Configuration ==> General ==> Downloads ==> Filename format for downloaded files"), you show as 1 of your options, "%res%.

The example shown, when this option is selected depicts the output filename would add a string as shown here:

   04:05:00

However, that is impossible, because Windows won't let you use any of the following characters in file or folder names:

   \ (backslash), / (forward slash), : (colon), * (asterisk),

I am unable to get audio playback with latest two versions, 4.4.2350 and 4.5.2562

I am able to download successfully, however, no audio is present when file is played

I have downloaded version 4.3.2229 on 4 of my pc's and that version works fine.

Is there a configuration setting in the new format, on the latest two versions, that needs to be activated to achieve audio when playing the file.

I try to download some videos and it says that it started transfering but it isn't. But some videos it will transfer normally.

I'm getting error message "403 Forbidden" for everything I try and download. Are you familiar with the problem and do you have a fix? I would consider going to Plus but not confident the problem would go away.

YesterdayI recently upgraded my VDFree version. The old version did not delete, and neither version worked.

I used Revo Uninstaller Pro to remove all traces of Free. I paid for Plus, since I liked the Free program.

The first time I used Plus, it shut down, and the debug button was no help.This problem recurs each time. It recommended an upgrade, so I did that.

Now I am back to the free version!!! Then it offered me a special price on an upgrade, 25% cheaper than I paid yesterday!! So I need a quick and competent fix or a refund.

I am having numerious problem with my version of V Downloader4, the shortcut on decktop will not work nor am I unable to find the program in my programs. I have tried to download the program again but the link does not work. I bought the plus version but have only been able to use this once then it stopped worlking, I haved created exceptions in the Avira Anti-virus Pro, How do I remove the program. where is the official removal tool??
