Downloader always worked perfectly on my Ipad. All of a sudden when I open the app, it is locked with a code screen. I have to fill in a code, which i do not have, to get access to the app. Can not remove the screen.....

VDownloader won't download anything from Youtube,Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I am using chrome, Windows 10 on Toshiba laptop.  Thank you...Kent

I updated my Vdownloader program, by overwriting a new download. Now, when I try to copy and paste a URL from Youtube, Vdownloader says: INVALID PARAMETERS. What gives? Please help? Thank you.  Phil

Option> settings I change the location C: drive to drive D: The changes are not retained. I am obliged to export the settings And import them to each ignition. How to make it automatic? Note : The messages from the application, help menu does not work.

This has just started with Plus version 4.2.1820.0

When I copy the video URL and paste it into VDownloader opening and closing brackets appear thus () about 10 spaces to the right of the address and I get the message "This it is not a valid video URL" when I tell it to download. Have tried various sites with the same result. Can you assist.

When prompted to "sign-in to Facebook or Youtube" is there some kind of protocol to follow in order to continue, I can't find any way to do so, even though I'm actually signed in to both in my browser?

When I run the program I get the VDownloader startup picture, immediately followed by the "VDownloader has stopped working" pop-up window. The same happens when I remove and re-install VDownloader, when the program boots itself after the installation. I have tried many things like "run as admin" and compatibility modes. Nothing changed.

I am using windows 10. I can download vdownloader.exe but when trying to run it I and I am asked if I want to allow the program to make changes to my computer, I click YES, but after that nothing happens.

What is wrong?

I recently try to update my VDownloader.  I'm still using Windows Vista.  My version 4.0.928.0 was working perfectly.  After the failed upgrade, it is no longer working?  Can you help me troubleshoot?

Hi, if I download a video as an avi, or convert an existing video to avi I get no sound. When saving as an mp4 it's fine. Any suggestions please? Thanks

I have paid for VDownloader Plus and have been using it for about a month. Today (3-18-16) I clicked on the icon to take me to the program and it says that the shortcut has been moved or renamed. I checked my list of programs in my computer's control panel and it shows that VDownloader is there. What has changed since yesterday? How do I continue to open and use VDownloader?

I just re-checked and VDownloader says "We are sorry to see you go". It's as if your program thinks it was deleted. It still shows up in my computer's

Desde que fiz a atualização da versão do Windows para 8.1 o VDownloader não funciona mais! Ele inicia, mas quando vou clicar na barra de notificações para usar, ele some!

Esse software não é compatível com Windows 8.1?

I currently have VDownloader Plus v 4.2.1800.0 and it won't work at all.  I can't even click in the blank box to put a URL (YouTube).  When I try to update, I get an error message telling me to come to the website.  So here I am.  Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

The, "Monitor the clipboard for URLs" option won't stay checked, and the program refuses to download anything  ... since the last update.  However, I can change other options and those changes persist.  For example, the next option, "Immediately download video URL's copied to the clip!" persists whether I turn it on or off.

I would appreciate your help in an issue I have just encountered.

Today I tried to update my vDownloader Plus s/w. When I tried to install it, the following error appeared

I have continuously upgraded my s/w as and when updates become available. For some reason it's not allowing me to do that.

The version I currently have is v4.1.1388.0
